Mood boards and color palettes are my guides for design. I love the research, I see patterns emerge, and I find it gratifying to sort it all out and distill it all into a visual plan. Once the plan is clear, designing products and packaging gets a whole lot easier.
From accessories for the garden to the kitchen, and throughout the home, I’ve designed and directed many catalogs and publications to showcase new and existing product lines. Being part of a small but mighty in-house design team, allows for direct experience from start to finish.
Sometimes I’m behind the camera, and other times orchestrating the shot. I’m always on the hunt for interesting objects to use for props and surfaces to style for the story behind each item.

The family letterpress bug bit me, and I’ve been learning and loving it ever since. These are some of the projects I’ve produced, using a combination of wood and metal type, hand-cut linoleum blocks, pressure printing, and polymer plates.
